Abstract RU 2825900 C1

FIELD: weapons.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ammunition demilitarization, namely to ammunition elements burning line. Line for burning out ammunition elements, which include cap sleeves, tracers, igniters, powder and explosive wastes, comprises a roller conveyor mounted in a separate protective room for checking articles intended for burning and feeding them onto a grouping station table into technological sets. Next to the table there is an initial section of the chain conveyor introduced inside the protective room through a process opening in the wall and made with trays. Next section after the initial section of the chain conveyor is stretched in the open air on an open platform and is introduced into the channel enclosed with monolithic reinforced concrete. Gas burner is located in the zone of the chain conveyor inlet into the above channel for ignition of powder in the trays moved in front of it. Chain conveyor is equipped with trays for movement in this channel towards the processed products collection pit. Technological set of articles and gunpowder are placed in the trays through one.

EFFECT: simplifying the design of the ammunition burning line while ensuring the guaranteed safety and reliability of the burning process.
