Invention relates to synthesized oligonucleotides used for suppression of vital activity of pathogenic microorganisms, in particular, relating to class of mollicutes. Oligonucleotides are complementary to signature sequence of rRNA in target microorganism and comprise from 6 to 14 bases in nucleotide sequence. Anti-signature oligonucleotides administrated in mammal body carry out the target blocking sequences in ribosomal RNA that are unique for each species (genus, family) that results to prevention of selfassemble of ribosomes and the complete inhibition of protein biosynthesis in microbe cell.
