SUBSTANCE: described is a method for indirect determination of the titre of infectious activity of Mycoplasma gallisepticum by real-time PCR using the developed system of specific oligonucleotides and the mathematical function of the relationship between the quantification cycle and the titre of infectious activity of Mycoplasma gallisepticum. Titre of infectious activity of Mycoplasma gallisepticum is determined by the value of the quantitative evaluation cycle. Titre of infectious activity of the causative agent of mycoplasmosis is calculated on the basis of the established value of this indicator.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to quickly and with a high degree of reliability calculate the titre of infectious activity of Mycoplasma gallisepticum in the analyzed material based on the developed method using original specific oligonucleotide primers and molecular probe for 16S rRNA-gene Mycoplasma gallisepticum and developed logarithmic model.
