FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with obtaining active substances, CNSS peptides, in particular, obtained out of raw material of animal origin with antiandrogenic and antiestrogenic activity. Lumbosacral department of spinal cord should be homogenized in sodium chloride solution at 1:10, 1:15 ratios, extract should be extracted twice, saturated with ammonium sulfate and centrifuged by stages for 25-30 min at 6000- 9000: during the first stage the residue should be removed, and during the second stage it should be dissolved in 0.8-1% in sodium chloride solution, salted out followed by chromatography in UV- spectrum within 220-280 nm to lyophilize a target product. The economy-type method is ecologically safe being of low labor intensity, it shortens terms for extracting and obtaining the residue and enables to obtain active peptides of high purity.
