SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to an improved urea-nitrogen stabilizer composition comprising a nitrogen stabilizer, which can support its effectiveness. Stabilized urea composition comprises urea and a nitrogen stabilizer composition, wherein said nitrogen stabilizer composition comprises N-(n-butyl)thiophosphoric triamide (NBPT) with a purity of at least 95%, and further, the concentration of NBPT is less than 0.2% by weight based on the total weight of the stabilized urea composition. Stabilizing composition comprises a nitrogen stabilizer composition, comprising NBPT with a purity of at least 95%, and a liquid carrier, wherein the concentration of NBPT in the liquid carrier is from 1 wt% to 5 wt%.

EFFECT: inventions enables to obtain compositions, which use a substantially smaller amount of N-methylpyrrolidone and/or a nitrogen stabilizer, and also contain less water, biuret and other impurities, ensuring effective fertilizer granules.
