SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing Tizol that represents titanium glycerosolvate aquacomplex as a medicinal preparation, i. e. gel with anti-inflammatory effect for external and topical application and eliciting high transcutaneous delivery of medicinal additions through skin and mucosa tissues and can be used in medicine, veterinary science and cosmetology. Invention describes method for preparing Tizol that represents titanium glycerosolvate aquacomplex by interaction of tetrabutoxytitanium with glycerol in the mole ratio = 1:14 at heating reaction mass and simultaneous distillation off of formed butyl alcohol under vacuum followed by addition of water to residue with acidification in the mass ratio water : residue = 1 : (1.8-1.9). Method provides preparing the Tizol with soft consistence as viscous, opaque, non-viscous, soft mass with white color and gray-like tint.
