SUBSTANCE: method of quantitative determination of Tizol® gel in aqueous solutions is disclosed, the said method includes the preparation of test and standard solutions, determination of their optical density at a characteristic wavelength, calculation of the concentration of titanium in Tizol® gel in mcg/ml relative to the standard solution, with 0 taken for analysis. 0.1 gram Tizol® gel, exact weight; preparation of the test and standard solutions is carried out under the condition of dissolving the samples in a 0.1 M solution of hydrochloric acid and creating a pH = 4 with an acetate buffer solution; optical density is measured at a wavelength of 238 nm; titanyl sulphate solution is used as a standard solution.

EFFECT: invention reduces the amount of medicinal product required to conduct the study.
