FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: anti-heaving foundation of a low-rise building with a basement erected on a heaving ground base comprises an embedded part that is taken away at a certain distance from the outer borders of the building to the centre and is made of reinforced concrete, in the form of monolithic reinforced concrete walls and a foundation slab or prefabricated reinforced concrete walls and a concrete floor structure onto the ground, and a reinforced concrete slab above the basement. Under cantilevers of the slab above the basement and the external blind area there is a compensating cushion provided from non-heaving material made from a combination of pellets of heat-frost-acid-alkali-resistant rubber with size of 5-25 mm, gaps between which are filled with coarse sand.
EFFECT: lower heat losses of the building, prevention of soil freezing near basement cantilevers, higher resistance and operational properties of the building design elements.
