FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: device has means for detecting, measuring and reporting displacements on both sides of crack, protective housing made of shock resistant material with inspection window and heat-insulating layer, inside of which means for detecting, measuring and reporting displacements are located. Detecting means include straight post, L-shaped post with a stressing piece rigidly fixed on console end, separable fixing part fixed on supporting ends of posts, moveable beam, one end of which is fixed by separable fixing part, which is in turn rigidly fixed to free end of straight post. Measuring means include a clock-type sensor, fixed support of which is connected to separable fixing part, rigidly fixed on console end of moveable beam. Measuring stem of sensor is placed near stressing piece with capability of contact. Reporting means include signaling flag, guide block and towline, one end of which is fixed to support end of L- shaped post, while another end is fixed by separable fixing part and connected to moveable element of flag fixing portion on the protective housing.
