FIELD: geophysical well examination. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical body, optical system, sensing element, amplifier and converter of information signal, and registering device. Additionally temperature stabilizer for sensing element and heat-conducting plate are included. Temperature stabilizer is a Duar jar filled with liquid nitrogen. Heat-conducting plate is made as a part of inner cover of said stabilizer, on one side being in contact with liquid nitrogen, on other side being in vacuum jar enclosure with sensing element mounted on it. Optical system is formed as uniformly thick half-spherical cover, transparent for thermal radiation. EFFECT: increased perceptibility and operating speed of device. 1 dwg
