FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: pyrolysis installation is mobile; it facilitates processing sawdust, oil residues and earth contaminated with oil products. The pyrolysis installation consists of a thermal reactor with indirect heating, of a system of pyrolysis fume extraction including a condenser, a sump of liquid sediments and also of a system for extraction of combustion gases with a scrubbing system. The thermal reactor is lined with refractory lining. In an upper part it has a loading hopper equipped with a system of continuous products loading for processing, while in its lower part it is equipped with a grid whereon there are loaded products for processing and through orifices of which a fan supplies air for combustion. The fan is turned on under an automatic mode and it maintains required temperature of pyrolysis process. The pyrolysis installation also consists of a boiler equipped with three burners using pyrolysis gas, of economiser, and of gas melting furnace for re-melt of aluminium scrap. As fuel of the furnace there are used pyrolysis gas generated in the installation for pyrolysis, liquid residue and natural gas. Also, the pyrolysis installation consists of powder-gas scrubbing unit with a smoke sucker. Smoke fumes scrubbing is performed on a rotating grid in a boiling layer, while dusting is carried out in eight rotating bag filters.
EFFECT: simplified design of installation for processing wastes with utilisation of pyrolysis products for aluminium scrap melting; facilitation of ecological safety.
