FIELD: scanning of potential distribution over surface. SUBSTANCE: under mode of calibration body with gas is moved by controls of drive mechanism. Generator of linearly growing voltage is started from control desk. At moment of initiation of discharge in body luminous flux of radiation is sensed by photoconverter, is amplified by amplifier and converted by comparator to signal stopping generator. Fixed value of voltage of generator is recorded in register of value ϕc of voltage calibration. Under mode of single measurement or potential scanning body is positioned by controls above point of surface which coordinates are read off horizontal and vertical strips. Generator of linearly growing voltage is started from control desk and measurement result ϕm is entered into storage in similar way. By signal of readiness results in both registers subtraction unit carries out subtraction and forms value of potential ϕ(x,y) = ϕmc, of point on surface that is displayed on digital result indicator. EFFECT: widened functional capabilities for scanning of potential, raised speed due to partial automation of measurements and increased measurement accuracy. 2 cl, 1 dwg
