This extract consists of unsaturated fatty acids, such as palmitoleic and oleic acids, and polyunsaturated fatty acids, such as linoleic, arachidonic and eicosatrienoic acids, and water-soluble excipient. In particular, 100 g of composition can comprise about 59 ml of this spirituous extract in water-soluble excipient. The composition represents water-soluble gel.
