Their ratio is calculated as PA/CA*100. Blood serum refraction index is calculated using refractometer in relative units. Laboratory indices values being PA/CA*100 ≤ 10, and blood serum refraction index being within the limits of 1.3438-1.3460, satisfactory hemarthrosis progress on the background of medicamentous and therapeutic treatment is predicted. The PA/CA*100>10 and blood serum refraction index <1.3438, aggravated posttraumatic hemarthrosis progress is to be predicted. EFFECT: high reliability and simplicity of diagnosis. 1 tbl
