FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: lifting cover (24) for closing and sealing vent holes (22) of cargo launch vehicle (21) includes magnetic sheet (32) for closing vent hole 922), many magnets (34a, 34b, 34c) for increase of holding power of magnetic sheet and strengthening panel (38) for facilitating separation of lifting cover from launch vehicle (21). Some magnets (34a, 34b, 34c) are located over circumference around vent hole (22) and other magnets are located along guide edge of magnetic sheets (32). Strengthening panel (38) includes closing part (39) and cover plate (40) in which magnets (34a, 34b, 34 c) are embedded. Cover plate (40) facilitates bending of lifting vent cover at action of sufficient dynamic head and adequate velocity of air on guide surface of cover plate during launch of launch vehicle. It is good practice to position protective shield (36) between magnetic sheet (32) and strengthening panel (38) to exclude radio-frequency radiation.
