FIELD: agribusiness complex of cereal-processing industry and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming aero-grain mixture from grain material and air flow by exposing grain material to centrifugal-gravitational field created by rotating solid impermeable feeding shells and rotating perforated impermeable cylindrical surface concentrically set inside separating chamber; separating grain material and discharging cleaned grain, small-size and light fractions in air space of separating chamber on perforated cylindrical surface by exposing grain material to pneumatic pulses delivered by means of system providing creation of directed controlled air flows discharged from flexible reinforced member with openings in its side surface. Flexible reinforced member is arranged concentrically inside rotating perforated cylindrical surface so that air flow is fed therein. Cleaned grain is discharged by urging it downward over inner side of rotating cylindrical surface. Small-size fraction is passed through openings in cylindrical surface and discharged by urging it downward over outer side of said surface and inner surface of separating chamber case. Light fraction is discharged by sucking of air from outer side of perforated cylindrical surface. Exposing of grain material to centrifugal-gravitational field provides controlled dosing of grain material by altering ratio of rotational speeds of impermeable feeding shells and perforated cylindrical surface and direction of rotation thereof. Volume of separation zone between flexible reinforced member and perforated cylindrical surface is altered depending on physical-mathematical properties of grain material. Also air flow direction and speed are controlled. EFFECT: increased efficiency in separating of grain materials by changing size of discharge opening of flexible reinforced member for providing air flow streams having required characteristics, and reduced power consumption. 5 cl, 3 dwg
