FIELD: grinding and sieving of cereal materials.

SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding cereal material to movable members; grinding and sieving ground material; after feeding of cereal material, providing dosing thereof; distributing in thin layer; grinding and sieving by transporting cereal material along cyclically converging and diverging zones between concave or convex perforated or continuous surfaces having adjustable roughness, said surfaces being used as working members of units, and transverse to and along sieving webs surface of said units to impart adjustable rocking vibratory motions to said surfaces; in case selective grinding and sieving are desirable, adjusting sizes of openings, state, curvature and kinematic motion modes of surfaces; providing tails fraction and through fraction of ground cereal products during differentiated recirculation thereof onto working members in both rocking plane and transverse plane.

EFFECT: increased efficiency in forming of ground cereal products and reduced consumption of power.
