FIELD: transportation and storage of liquids. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device to device for introduction of addition in form of liquid or granulated solid matter into liquid in first container. Component of addition is kept separately from liquid in submersible tube or channel. Container is provided with hole closed by detachable cover. Second container or reservoir filled with displacement fluid medium under pressure is located in neck or cover of first container adjoining the hole. First end of submersible tube or channel is connected with reservoir, and second end is drawn downwards into first liquid in first container. Submersible tube accommodates addition which is forced out of submersible tube into first liquid when displacement fluid medium gets from reservoir into submersible tube at removing of detachable cover. Valve can be provided on free end of submersible tube to prevent mixing of liquid and addition in process of transportation and/or storage. Portion of addition can be accurately metered out, and forcing out of entire additional into liquid is provided under action of displacement fluid medium.
