FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying synthetic material ribbons. Kidney is fixed in physiological position by attaching one ribbon end to anterior surface of the lumbar muscle. The lower kidney pole is wrapped with the ribbon and the free end of the ribbon is attached to the anterior kidney surface. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and reliability of fixation; reduced risk of traumatic complications; retained physiological mobility of kidney under treatment. 1 dwg
