METHOD OF REMOVAL OF THE ACIDIC NATURE GASEOUS INGREDIENTS FROM GASES Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

Abstract RU 2227060 C2

FIELD: chemical and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of removal of the acidic nature gaseous ingredients from the group gases containing carbon dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, carbonyl oxysulfide, carbon bisulphate and mercaptans. The invention provides for introduction of an uncleaned gas containing many acidic nature gaseous ingredients in contact with an absorbent at a phase of absorption; and as a result they obtain the gas purified from these gaseous ingredients of acidic nature, as well as the absorbent saturated with the gaseous ingredients of acidic nature. At that in the capacity of the absorbent they use a mixture containing: ) from 5 up to 30 mass % of unsubstituted piperazine in the capacity of a ingredient A; b) from 2 up to 45 mass % of a free of amino group polyatomic alcohol in the capacity of a ingredient B; c) from 0 up to 60 mass % of aliphatic alkanolamide in the capacity of a ingredient C; d) from 30 up to 70 mass % of water in the capacity of a ingredient D; e) from 0 up to 35 mass % of potassium carbonate in the capacity of a ingredient E. At that the sum of ingredients a, B, C, D and E makes 100 mass %. The offered absorbent besides a high speed of absorption is characterized by the high capacity concerning the acidic nature gaseous ingredients. EFFECT: the invention presents an effective method of removal of the acidic nature gaseous ingredients from gases. 13 cl, 7 dwg
