FIELD: aerodynamic flying vehicles; methods of creation of lifting force and horizontal thrust by aerodynamic surfaces actuated by lifting tractor propeller. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes motion of aerodynamic surfaces 1 over circumference 2 relative to axis 4. Motion of each aerodynamic surface 1 is in synchronism with motion over circumference 2 in opposite direction relative to axis 6 parallel to axis 4 of motion over circumference 2 at angular velocity equal to angular velocity of motion over circumference 2, thus ensuring translational motion of aerodynamic surfaces 1 and consequently smooth distribution of aerodynamic forces among aerodynamic surfaces. Each aerodynamic surface 1 performs oscillations in synchronism with its rotation relative to two perpendicular axes lying in two perpendicular planes intersecting over axis 6; one plane passes through axis 4 over circumference and axis 6 of aerodynamic surface; other plane is in contact with circumference 2 and is parallel to axis 4, thus creating the horizontal thrust.
