FIELD: flying vehicle aerodynamics.
SUBSTANCE: proposed propeller includes frame 1 with axle 2; frame is rotatable relative to this axle; rotation is effected by means of drive. At least two aerodynamic surfaces 3 are secured on cardan joints for vibrations in synchronism with rotation of frame 1; cardan joint is secured to rod 5 mounted on frame 1. Axle 2 is connected with surfaces 3 by means of mechanical transmission which ensures their rotation in synchronism in opposite direction relative to frame together with rod 5. Vibration of surfaces 3 is performed by means of mechanical copying mechanism. Each surface 3 may be twisted relative to axes which are parallel to axes of cardan joint cross member and running through aerodynamic surface 3. Frame 1 rotates on axle 2 together with surfaces 3 by means of rotation drive. Each aerodynamic surface 3 rotates in synchronism with motion over circumference in opposite direction at angular velocity equal to angular velocity of motion of surfaces 3. Each surface 3 performs vibrations in synchronism with rotation by mans of mechanism copying mechanism.
EFFECT: smooth distribution of aerodynamic forces over aerodynamic surfaces; enhanced efficiency of forming lifting force and thrust.
