FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail tracks and crane tracks and profiling of cross-section of high-speed tracks and rails operating intensively. Said rail structure has rail resting on baseplate. Section of rail is arch-balanced with head in arch loch and two symmetrical heel-feet. Heels-feet are connected with head by solid walls. Baseplate is made uninterrupted over entire length of rail and is provided with L-shaped ridges pointed inwards and corrugation in middle pointed upwards. Corrugation gets under rail arch. Heels- feet of arch get under ridges of baseplate. Tie is provided with projection getting under baseplate corrugation. Static moments of upper and lower halves of section are equal to each other: Sxu = Sxl where Sxu and Sxl are, respectively, static moments of upper and lower halves of section. EFFECT: increased moments of resistance and inertia of rails at constant material usage and simplified rail rolling. 6 tbl, 4 dwg
