FIELD: protection of environment, mainly methods for termination of harmful waste such as pesticides forbidden and unfit for use. SUBSTANCE: the method for extermination of solid waste includes its introduction into a rotating furnace for roasting of Portland cement clinker and thermal decomposition in an oxidizing medium. Prior to the supply to a rotating furnace, solid waste is subjected to a forced encapsulation. Used as a covering is a material with a melting point within 1250 to 1450C at its subsequent relation with the solid waste, mass percent: solid waste - 4 to 40, covering material - 60 to 96. Encapsulation is effected in the first stage by dust of electrostatic precipitators of clinker kilns, and in the second stage - by binding material with a subsequent cure of granules in air-humid conditions up to the delivery to the rotating furnace during a period required for completion of the process of setting up of the upper layer of granules.
