SUBSTANCE: proposed method and system include following procedures: mobile station transfers request to communication network with the result that mobile station is connected to user servicing center. Servicing center asks mobile station user about information and in response to this information servicing center selects source location register and authentication center incorporated in communication network for mobile station to communicate with. Service programming information related to mobile station is transferred from source location register and/or authentication center to mobile station.
