SUBSTANCE: the device has a chamber installed on a frame, the chamber has a sprayer and a slotted floor, with a tray and a blower located under it, the blower is made in the form of a pump with a suction hose communicating with the tray and a manifold for delivery of the working solution to the sprayer through pressure tubes. The middle and lower pressure tubes with the sprayers, located on side walls, are installed for movement and turning relative to the vertical plane through an angle.
