FIELD: medicine, provides conditions for a motionless patient minimizing the risk of formation of decubituses. SUBSTANCE: the mattress has an upper one-piece, lower joined widths and vertical walls made of air-penetrable cloth. The inner volume of the mattress is divided into isolated cells, whose vertical (side) walls are fastened to the upper and lower widths and are interconnected by the angular ribs of the cells. The cells are filled with a filler, which is a loose biologically neutral material with a low thermal conductivity consisting of smooth round-shaped particles and/or seeds of plants possessing medicinal properties, for example, of flax and/or millet, and/or cats.
