FIELD: production of oxide superconductor items.
SUBSTANCE: oxide superconductor item is obtained by producing metal oxyfluorine film incorporating metal components of oxide superconductor, preferably in stoichiometric proportions, and converting metal oxyfluorine to oxide superconductor at conversion ratio chosen by adjusting reaction parameter of group including temperature, moisture content (PH20), and combination thereof so that oxide superconductor film obtained in the process has critical carry current density of minimum 105 A/cm2 at 77 K in neutral position of magnetic field. Thickness of metal oxyfluorine film is minimum 0.8 μm.
EFFECT: enhanced critical current density and thickness of film compared with standard ones.
