SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing raw, preparing sugar syrup and addition to syrup the preparation in the amount 0.2-0.5% by mass of stewed fruit obtained from biomass of micromycetes Mortierella dichotoma by the designated technology followed by their packaging, sealing and sterilization. Invention provides improving organoleptic properties and reducing corrosion activity of the end product. EFFECT: improved manufacturing method.
