FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has endosteal part having proximal segment, medial threaded segment and distal threaded segment of conical shape. The medial threaded segment is cylindrical and has diameter greater than upper proximal segment cross-section diameter. The proximal segment is shaped as cone convergent towards the upper segment cross-section. Multistart thread is optionally available having pitch mating buttress thread pitch on the rest of endosteal part. Upper edge of the proximal segment and lower edge of the distal segment are rounded in atraumatic way.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced load applied to proximal and distal segment; accelerated osteointegration process.
