FIELD: pharmaceutical technology, medicine, pharmacology, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: method for preparing suppository used for correction of dysbacteriosis involves mixing bacterial component as dried lyophilized biomass with a base and forming the prepared mixture. Before addition to a base the bacterial mass is mixed with a filling agent in the ratio = (1:1)-(1:10), added to a base and stirred for 3-10 min at temperature 35-41 C. The mixture "Vitepsol" H-15+++ with W-35 in the ratio = (1:1)-(1:3) or solid fat of grade A is used as a base. Bacterial mass of the strain Bifidobacterium bifidum 45 VKPM Ac-1621 or Bifidobacterium bifidum = 1, or Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-A3, or mixture of indicated strains taken in the ratio = (1:100)-(1: 100)-(1: 100), respectively, is used as a bacterial component in the total amount of microorganisms 1×107 CFU per a suppository, not less. The composition acting as a stimulating agent of bioenergetic reaction of bacterial cells is used as a filling agent in the following ratio of components per a suppository, wt.-%: source of carbon and energy, 0.9-2.2; donor-acceptor of electrons, 0.07-0.5; electron- transferring agent, 0.0005-0.0015. Lactose or galactose, or glucose, or lactulose, or fructose or their mixture is used as the source of carbon and energy; ascorbic acid or a mixture of cystine and cysteine in the ratio = 1: 1 is used as a donor-acceptor of electrons; -amino-3-carboxyl-4-naphthoquinone or vitamin K3. is used as electron-transferring agent. Suppository comprising live microorganisms, filling agent, base as a mixture of "Vitepsol H-15+++ and W-35 taken in the ratio = (1: 1)-(1: 3) or solid fat of grade A comprises bacterial mass of the strain Bifidobacterium bifidum 45 VKPM Ac-1621 or Bifidobacterium bifidum = 1 or Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-A3, or a mixture of these strains taken in the ratio = (1: 100)-(1: 100)- (1: 100), respectively, in the total amount of microorganisms 1×107 CFU per a suppository and in the following ratio of components per a suppository, mg: dried lyophilized bacterial mass of eubiotic microorganisms 10.0-100.0; filling agent, 21.0-111.0; base ("Vitepsol" H-15+++ Vitepsol W-35), up to 2200.
