SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a biopharmaceutical composition with antibacterial and probiotic activity based on a probiotic and a bacteriophage. A biopharmaceutical composition with antibacterial and probiotic activity based on a probiotic and a bacteriophage includes an active substance in liquid or lyophilized form in an amount of 15.0–100.0 wt.% and pharmaceutically acceptable target additives in an amount of 0–85.0 wt.% by weight of the composition, while the active substance contains, as a probiotic component, exometabolites obtained from the culture fluid of probiotic bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus and/or Bifidobacterium with a population density of 10⁷–10¹⁰ CFU/ml, mixed in native or concentrated form with a bacteriophage with induced virulence and lytic activity not lower than 10^-5 according to Appelman in relation to test strains in a ratio of 1:9, respectively, and the bacteria are selected from the following group: Lactobacillus plantarum 8P-AZ, Lactobacillus acidophilus K3SH24, Bifidobacterium bifidum 1, Bifidobacterium bifidum 791. The claimed composition is used in the form of a dosage form selected from a solution, a lyophilisate, a hard capsule, a suppository.

EFFECT: above invention makes it possible to expand the arsenal of drugs that, along with antibacterial activity, have the effect of correcting microecological disorders of the intestinal microflora and have a shelf life of at least 12 months.
