Invention describes the composition of nitroglycerin with glucose representing glucose crystalline structure wherein its pores are filled with nitro- Glycerin being nitroglycerin is distributed by deep of glucose crystal. Method for preparing involves preparing raw, sorption of glucose with nitroglycerin solution in polar organic solvent and drying the prepared mass. Sorption of nitroglycerin with glucose is carried out in ethyl acetate or butyl acetate, or amyl acetate medium in static state and at stirring. Then distillation off under vacuum is carried out that provides boiling a solvent, removal of residual solvent followed by stabilization of dry mass at stirring.
