FIELD: metallurgy; production of iron from its oxides. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes melting of iron concentrates and fluxes in furnace, entrapping and utilization of volatile agents, tapping of molten burden and separating iron melt from slag and slime; iron oxides are transported to reactors in molten state; said reactors are used for deoxygenation of iron oxides due to contact with hollow anode made from porous heat-resistant material at developed surface provided with coat made from absorbent working at temperatures of iron melting point.
