FIELD: underground structure building, particularly to construct and develop traffic tunnels having large diameters.
SUBSTANCE: method involves constructing roadway panel along with supporting the panel by longitudinal span walls after building and concreting thereof. Sectional forms are moved in blocks having minimal lengths. Forms for panel concreting are demounted and moved along tunnel axis in sections and are installed on support beams. Device (equipment system) for above method realization includes load-carrying platform with crane, technological platforms provided with arms and with concrete distribution means, panel concreting form movement means adapted to perform movement thereof along auxiliary rail track. The concrete pipeline is connected to concrete distribution means through connection means formed as two pipeline sections hinged one to another, to concrete pipeline and to platform concrete distribution means.
EFFECT: increased construction rate due to spatial construction process dividing into several simple operations and due to possibility of simultaneously carrying out unrelated operations, increased mechanization rate, reduced material consumption and costs.
