FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to methods and equipment used when arranging transport tunnel with two or three spans under road slab. Method involves delivery and installation of tunnel structural members, laying of railtracks in the spans, installation of reinforcement cages and forms of span abutments, as well as concreting of abutments. Road slab is built by using slab panels that are prefabricated and delivered along ready-made road slab and laid so that they are supported on abutments of tunnel and spans after they have been concreted, and concrete has been set in the form. Reinforcement cages are delivered and installed, and concrete is delivered and supplied to working area of tunnel by means of concrete-supplying equipment along lower span from opposite tunnel end. Concrete distributing unit of concrete-supplying equipment is made so that it can pass above the abutment erected between spans.
EFFECT: reducing scope of concrete works performed in the tunnel, improving erection rate of road slab, and reducing labour input of works.
