SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of inclined directional drilling of wells. A drilling arrangement for drilling a wellbore contains a downhole drive for rotating a drill bit relatively to a drill pipe, a shaft connected to the downhole drive and the drill bit, a case having an upper section and a lower section separate from the upper section, a deflecting device located between the upper and lower sections and connecting them with the possibility of tilting the lower section relatively to the upper section around a hinge element when the drill pipe is stationary relatively to the possibility of rotation, to ensure drilling of a curved section of the wellbore, while the rotation of the drill pipe causes the deflecting device to reduce the slope to ensure drilling of a more straight section of the wellbore, a sensor that provides measurements related to the direction of the drilling arrangement for drilling the wellbore in the required direction. The shaft is placed and made with the possibility of rotation by means of a drive inside the upper section, the lower section, the bearing section and the deflecting device.

EFFECT: load on components of the drilling arrangement is reduced.
