FIELD: transport engineering; disk brakes. SUBSTANCE: disk brake pad lining 100 for brakes of road and rail vehicles has bearing plate 10 and block 20 of pressed friction material secured on bearing plate 10 with power and/or geometrical closing. Bearing plate 10 is made of hard amorphous and rigid, to decomposition temperature, plastic made up of spatially cross-linked macromolecules of high mechanical strength, for instance, thermosetting plastic. Material of bearing plate 10 is introduced into surface of friction material block 20 free from bearing plate and it overlaps side walls of friction material block 20 located on bearing plate 20, being welded with friction materialblock 20. EFFECT: reduced weight of bearing plate, low heat transfer coefficient at high mechanical strength. 10 cl, 2 dwg
