FIELD: ice-production equipment. SUBSTANCE: ice-making machine has body, evaporator connected with freezing system, base frame having lower surface and freezing cells, base freezing plate located adjacent evaporator and having freezing fingers formed on lower surface thereof. Freezing fingers are immersed into water poured into freezing cells. The machine also has ultrasonic converter for air bubbles removal, which is fixed on lower surface of base frame. EFFECT: reduced water losses, decreased time for ice pieces forming due to increased intensity of ice creation around freezing fingers. 3 dwg
