SUBSTANCE: one should measure the threshold of retinal electric sensitivity (ES), anterior-posterior size of an eyeball (APS), linear velocity of circulation (LVC) in orbital artery (OA), retinal central artery (RCA), orbital vein (OV), retinal central vein (RCV). At increased retinal ES threshold being above 100 mcA, increased APS being above 25 mm, decreased LVC in OA and RCA against physiological norm by 40% and more, and LVC in OV and RCV - by 25% and more one should predict the development of retinal pathological alteration and the decrease of visual functions in case of progressing myopia.
