FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to heat-resistant films and fibers copolymer of ethylene with at least one unsaturated monomer selected from C₃-C₂₀-α-olefins, C₄-C₁₈-dienes, styrene, halogen- or alkyl-substituted styrene, vinylbenzocyclobutane, and naphtenes, which contains no silane cross-linker. Copolymer is characterized by density below 0.89 g/cm³ or crystallinity at 23^oC below 26%, as measured using differential scanning calorimetry technique before molding, irradiation, and cross-linking, and content of xylene-extractable materials no more than 70%. Products exhibit combination of properties such as tensile strength, elongation, elastic restoration, resistance against chlorine and aromatic and polar solvents, moisture resistance, and heat aging, which allows their use as personal hygiene facilities and disposable anti-infectious linen at body temperature 38^oC.
