FIELD: oil industry. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to equipment for sampling of fluid from pipe-line utilized in oil and other industries where high accuracy of determination of parameters of transferred fluid is required. Distribution of inclusions in cross-section of pipe-line in different sections of pipe-line in compliance with given method of sampling is established by action of two collections of gravitation and inertial forces. In process of implementation of method sampler designed to take samples from flow in which distribution of inclusions in cross-section of pipe-line is conditioned by gravitation force is placed into pipe-line. Sampler is positioned in vertical plane in point of pipe-line where gravitation and inertial forces ensure symmetric distribution of inclusions in flow with reference to vertical plane.
