FIELD: electrical engineering, tests of insulation resistance in low-voltage D C networks, specifically, in ship's separated D C networks. SUBSTANCE: technique includes measurement of voltage in tested sections of network when group of n capacitors charged in advance is discharged. This group of n capacitors connected in parallel is connected to network for charging and before discharge group of n capacitors is changed over with formation of series network. EFFECT: decreased error in measurement of insulation resistance of section of low-voltage D C network without usage of independent high-voltage voltage source. 2 dwg
