FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves administering medicaments, exposing the brain to electromagnetic field invoked by sinusoid signal having carrying frequency in bandwidth of 200-1000 kHz amplitude-modulated with voltage of frequency bandwidth 10-100 Hz by means of a device. The device has power supply source and treatment unit manufactured as inductance coil the winding of which is arranged on cylindrical dielectric carcass surface. Treatment unit is additionally introduced as spiral inductance coil the winding of which is arranged on flat dielectric carcass, auto-oscillator circuit, modulator and additional dielectric carcass shaped as arch ends of which ends are joined to the cylindrical carcass having the flat carcass arranged in the center. Windings of both coils are connected in series and aiding being also connected to the auto-oscillator circuit that is connected to the power supply source via the modulator. The auto-oscillator circuit produces amplitude-modulated signal having carrying frequency in bandwidth of 200-1000 kHz and modulation frequency bandwidth of 10-100 Hz. The flat carcass is manufactured from solid dielectric material as leaflets radially arranged with spaces.
