The offered decelerating pyrotechnic composition by alternative 1 contains a combustible - amorphous boron, an oxidizing agent - titanium monoxide or dioxide, or their mixture and ferric oxide (III) or ferric oxide (II, III), or their mixture. The offered decelerating pyrotechnic composition by alternative 2 contains a combustible - amorphous boron, an oxidizing agent - ferric oxide (III) or ferric oxide (II, III), or their mixture. The invention is intended for production of a decelerating pyrotechnic composition with high stability of burning preserved and after long-term keeping in an untight state.
