SUBSTANCE: pyrotechnical flammable and incendiary composition contains an oxidizer comprising barium nitrate, a thermal base which comprises an oxygen-containing oxidiser and titanium powder as fine metal fuel and in addition a nitrolacquer as an activator of ignition and burning of thermal base, and also process additives - phenolformaldehyde resin and pyrotechnical graphite.

EFFECT: guaranteed ignition of the main charge of a product which is intensively ignited and steadily burns, and the composition is safe in terms of process fabrication and its re-processing into functional charges.
