FIELD: sugar industry. SUBSTANCE: saturator has cylindrical casing equipped with process branch pipes and conical partition provided with discharge branch pipe and adapted for dividing casing into upper preliminary saturation chamber and lower saturation sediment ripening chamber. Lower chamber is arranged below conical partition and is communicated with upper chamber via pipeline and jet pump to provide for preliminary mixing of defecated solution with waste gas. Saturation gas supply device is mounted in lower chamber above casing bottom. Bubbler is mounted in upper chamber for supplying therein of defecated solution preliminarily mixed with waste gas, said bubbler being communicated with jet pump. Upper chamber is equipped with system for regulating gas pressure in space above liquid surface and with system for regulated supplying of solution into lower chamber. EFFECT: increased extent of utilization of saturation gas carbon dioxide, increased efficiency in purifying of solution and improved filtering and sedimental properties of saturation sediment. 1 dwg
