FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: device contains three vertically mounted saturators; each saturator casing is equipped with a nipple for delivery of juice, a bubbler for delivery of saturation gas and a pipeline with a valve for discharge of saturated juice into the collector. In the upper part of each saturator casing a coaxially cylindrical pre-saturator is installed having a hole for juice overflow and equipped with a bubbler for delivery of saturation gas positioned in the lower part of the pre-saturator casing. The nipple for delivery of juice is positioned over the said bubbler. Each saturator casing is equipped with a nipple for delivery of water for generation and maintenance of a 0.5-0.8 MPa pressure of gas-and-air mixture within the space above the juice.

EFFECT: improved absorption properties of calcium carbonate and enhanced effect of purification as well as improved carbon dioxide utilisation efficiency.
