FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device contains three vertically mounted saturators; each saturator casing is equipped with a nipple for delivery of juice, bubblers bubble for delivery of saturation gas positioned over the bottom and a pipeline with a valve for discharge of saturated juice into the collector. In each saturator casing a coaxially cylindrical vessel is installed having a hole for in its butt end for delivery of gas-and-liquid mixture from the casing and final juice saturation. In the vessel lower part there are bubblers arranged; over the bubbler all along the vertical extent there are rows of rubber strings forming a grid for uniform distribution of saturation gas across the vessel cross section.
EFFECT: enhanced effect of purification as well as improved carbon dioxide utilisation efficiency.
