FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: saturator comprises vertical cylindrical casing having widened upper part and bottom and equipped with saturation gas distributors, cyclone for separation of gas from solution, and saturated solution discharge branch pipe. Vertical cylindrical shell installed outside casing is provided with bottom and cover and communicated through overflow pipe with cyclone. Liquid-and-gas injector mounted on shell cover is designed for preliminary saturation of sacchariferous solution. Shell is provided with system for controlling of pressure pulsation within shell, said system comprising pressure sensor and electric contact manometer connected therewith. Valve installed on overflow pipe is equipped with actuating mechanism connected to manometer for relay switching on and off of said manometer.
EFFECT: increased efficiency in cleaning of sacchariferous solution and increased efficiency in recovery of carbon dioxide of saturation gas.
